iRecover.US builds upon the successful track record of iRecover in Canada, which has been established for 17 years. As experts in addiction medicine, we have developed a unique treatment model that is based on the latest research and evidence. Our approach covers a broad spectrum of addictions, including alcohol, opiates (such as fentanyl, heroin, morphine, and codeine), stimulant drugs (such as amphetamines and cocaine), sedative medications (such as Valium or other benzodiazepines), cannabinoids, hallucinogenic substances (such as LSD and Psilocybin), and behavioral addictions such as pornography or gambling.

Our treatment program is designed to meet the specific needs of each individual and can range from a self-study guide with online facilitator support to a higher level of care at our residential treatment facility located in Howard, South Dakota. Our experienced addiction medicine team is dedicated to helping individuals overcome their addiction and achieve lasting recovery.
